Jane is an Intuitive Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master Teacher. She teaches that yoga is a personal journey of uniting with the spirit. Her classes are designed to guide each individual to a deeper connection to the self by supporting the body, mind, and spirit. Jane incorporates meditation, breathing, mudra, mantra and Ayurvedic principles in her classes. Jane’s classes are appropriate for any age and stage of life.

Jeanette is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Reiki Master with a unique set of skills to address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of human experience. Her specialties include pelvic floor, somatic yoga therapy, osteoporosis, mantra, and yoga philosophy. She is passionate about self empowerment as the means to healing, and leads group and private yoga sessions.

Tina Diana is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher & Yoga Instructor. She is the creator of Fairy Light Yoga (FLY) which blends her two loves - creative Vinyasa flow and dynamic Kundalini breath work and movement.

Her teaching is heart-centric, with a focus on connecting you with your own inner compass so that the practice can always meet you where you are.

 

 

Elizabeth Herndon

Elizabeth Herndon is the creator of Mobility Arts, a class designed to reduce inflammation in the body, increase functional range of motion and stabilize and strengthen the joints and spine. 

Elizabeth spent 11 years as a professional figure skater, and is trained in various types of dance, branches of yoga, kinesthetic stretching, mobility training, physical therapy & resistance training. Elizabeth choreographs and dances in the local dance company, Prohibition Dance in Chico and is passionate about healthy movement and helping all body types achieve healthy physical fitness for longevity.

Cheri Neal

Cheri is an experienced yoga instructor, specializing in Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Her heart-centered classes are informed by her decades-long yoga practice and are influenced by her love of both Buddhist Meditation and Taoist philosophy. Alignment and safety are of the utmost importance and her classes are appropriate for all ages and experience levels.

 

 

Jodi Petersen (Pierce)

Jodi blends Reiki Energy, Quantum Meditation, sound, and breath work with yoga techniques to induce a deep state of relaxation that promotes healing on all levels of the body while improving flexibility, balance, and a greater ability to tap into the body’s wisdom and higher guidance.

Julia Carriker

Julia offers 60 minute Personalized Yoga sessions

As a Certified Yoga Instructor Julia enjoys including optional self care poses for clients that want to take charge of their wellness and health in between sessions to do at home. Julia feels passionate about helping clients release emotional trauma that has been stored in the body that create physical pain. She uses her experience and knowledge to help others achieve a life that feels more free and flowing. Julia also offers energy healing sessions as well to balance chakras and open up blocked or stuck energy for physical, emotional and spiritual health.
