We are a collective of independent contractors and business owners.  Our business model at CHWC encourages independence and interdependence to intersect. We find that the most successful practitioners, and business owners here at CHWC tend to be individuals who are interactive with the space, social media and with other business owners within the collective. 

This is a non-competitive space, where collaboration is encouraged and cross promotion makes all ships float.

This business model is unique and is what sets us apart in our community.  We do our best to make sure that all of our makers and business owners are represented on our social media pages as well as our website.  There is no oversight on your business, as our ethos is one of radical self-responsibility and integrity, and reciprocity. You get out what you put in! 

TREATMENT & CONSULTATION ROOMS

We have two Treatment Rooms and one Consultation room available. These rooms furnished with seating, (a massage table are available in the hourly treatment room) aromatherapy and decorations supporting a relaxing and welcoming environment. You are responsible for your own sheets and towels (if applicable) and tidying afterwards. 

The Spa Treatment Room includes private access to a fully furnished bathroom with a shower. This room offers a table warmer, and infrared towel warmer, and you have the option to bring your own massage table for treatments. The private access to the bathroom makes it ideal for spa treatment offerings, in addition to massage or reiki, and with an add-on charge, clients have access to a shower, spa towels and bath towels. 

We rent all three rooms in 2 hour increments. Our rate is currently $30/per 2 hour time block, and you may rent as many 2 hour blocks as you like, up to 6 hours, or for an all-day rental from 7 to 12 hours for a flat fee. Please account for additional time needed for set-up or clean-up. When renting the Spa Treatment room, you may add the Shower for $10 for 15 minutes. Once approved, you will have the ability to access the schedule and book your preferred time slots at the available times. 

CLASSROOM RENTALS

We currently have two classrooms available to rent for holistic wellness related classes, workshops and other events: the Blue Lotus room near our Apothecary & kitchen, and the Flower of Life room, to the right of our main entrance.

The Apothecary is also included when you rent the Blue Lotus Room, and you may add on the use of the kitchen appliances (stove, use of dishes, etc.) if needed. The Blue Lotus Room or Flower of Life Room are available for classes, workshops or other events.

Simultaneous events may run at the same time in different rooms. We rent the rooms in 2 hour increments. Our rate is currently $50 for the Flower of Life Room and $60 for the Blue Lotus Room per 2 hour time block with the additional option to add on 30 or 60 minutes if you desire. Please note, you may choose “set up time”, which gives you an additional 60 minutes for set up and clean up free of charge, but will need to book an additional 30 or 60 minutes if you need more time to set up and clean up, or if your class is a bit longer so as not to interfere with other classes that may be happening before or after your class.

Once approved, you will have the ability to access the schedule and book your preferred time slots at the available times. You will be responsible for sweeping up after your event and any additional cleaning necessary to restore the room to its original state.

You are encouraged to create digital marketing that we will post on our website and all social media channels. You may also print a flyer to display on our entryway bulletin boards.
