Experience "Yogic Sleep", unwind deep tension, explore the subconscious realm, and "re-wire" the brain with this integrative practice combining Asana and an extended Yoga Nidra practice. Saturday's class will feature Hatha Flow followed by Yoga Nidra, and Sunday's class will feature Restorative Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra.
This class will be led by Cheri Neal who is an experienced yoga instructor specializing in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pre-natal and Restorative Yoga, as well as Thai Yoga Massage.
