Traditional Usui Reiki 1 

A foundational class that covers the history of Usui Reiki, lineage, first set of hand positions, energy centers of the body, the Reiki I Attunement, and several opportunities to practice and trade.

By the end of this class, you will be able to give Self-Reiki and offer Reiki to close family and friends.
