The Mental Wellness Circles are guided conversation spaces designed to foster connection, self-awareness, and personal growth. Unlike traditional support groups, these circles focus on thriving, positivity, and holistic mental wellness rather than just overcoming challenges. They provide an interactive, engaging, and dynamic environment where participants explore meaningful topics, expand their emotional vocabulary, and build the skills necessary for personal and relational development.
Each session is thoughtfully structured with engaging prompts, introspective exercises, and open discussions that encourage self-reflection, connection, and deeper understanding of oneself and others. These circles are a space where people can share, listen, and learn in an environment that is supportive, uplifting, and action-oriented. The current structure includes:
