This is an hour long event where we will create personal intentions for our meditation. We will focus on releasing energies that no longer serve us and transform them into positive energies. Reiki energy will be used to amplify the intentions and bring a sense of peace in letting go. Bring something to write with, a yoga mat or blanket and an open heart.
