Sound Baths with gongs can illicit a deep body and spirit response that creates a spectrum of experience for the participants. Those who experience these sound baths may move emotional blocks, gain clarity in what hinders wellness, and connects the self to the whole of the human experience from joy to grief. Damien utilizes mostly ancient instruments such as gongs, Himalayan bowls, Japanese Rin bowls, chimes, bells, and various percussion instruments. Additionally, there will be use of the Shruti box, guitar, and voice.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but feel free to bring your own.
