Co-Ed Mental Wellness Circles

  • Chico Holistic Wellness Center 287 RIO LINDO AVE CHICO United States (map)

Join this mixed-gender space led by Damien Gibbs and Robyn McCarthy where men and women can learn from each other, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and develop skills for healthy and constructive communication. A space where we can come together to share perspectives, challenge ideas, and build deeper connections through conversation. This group encourages open dialogue, active listening, and growth in a way that fosters understanding, reflection, and thriving relationships.

Explore the Balance Between Independence & Connection:

● How do you balance self-reliance with asking for help?
● When was a time you needed support but hesitated to ask for it? Giving & Receiving Feedback
● Why is it easier to give feedback than to receive it? Or is it not?
● How do you typically respond when given constructive criticism?

This class meets every other week.
Investment is $20 for single person and $35 for couples.

Examples of Co-ed topics: Bridge-building discussions that can really reshape how men and women communicate, connect, and support each other.

The circles are not therapy, but they are therapeutic—providing participants with the tools, insights, and perspectives that promote personal growth, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal connection in a way that feels natural, engaging, and empowering. The goal is to create consistent and reliable spaces where people can come together, build community, and experience growth in a structured yet organic way—all while keeping the focus on what works rather than what’s broken.

About the Facilitators:
