Breathwork powered by the Full Moon!

Join Tina Diana of Fairy Light Yoga in a monthly Breathwork class aligned with the Full Moon. Full Moons are potent times to do healing work. Gather in community and experience breath practices that help move healing prana through your body and mind. Each session will have a particular energetic focus inspired by the energy of that moment’s Moon.

Held at Chico Holistic Wellness Center. 287 Rio Lindo Ave., Chico.
