Join Christopher Kokoll for a mindfulness class to help you increase self-awareness and compassion while addressing themes of healing throughout your life. Mindfulness sessions use meditation as an access point into our unconscious tendencies. Once the unconscious tendency is seen clearly, the focus of meditation becomes restructuring your energy system to soften and release the vibrations and memories that hold the tendency in place.

About Christopher:
Christopher has been working as a mindfulness coach for the past four and a half years. Christopher was exposed to healing through vedic spirituality. He has worked closely with traumatized populations in social services, aiding their emotional and psychological healing with meditation as the entry point. He also enjoyed assisting with monthly grief retreats during his employment at LEAF social service. In his experience, healing his karma has profoundly helped his mental and emotional wellbeing. When not meditating he enjoys working out with his 200 lbs sandbag (its so heavy) and playing with this puppy Chumndi (aka Chewy for short.)
Read More About Mindfulness:
Once enough of an old tendency dissipates a new way of operating naturally emerges from one's True Nature within. This session can help prepare one's awareness and energy system for the Uncovering & Addressing Lifelong Themes of Healing class to come. As well as prepare one mentally and emotionally for that journey. With our intention (and Grace) we allow insights to spontaneously emerge in meditation No longer is the surface level chatter of the mind being observed, but Grace is shining our awareness like a flash into areas of great importance for our development and helping us arrive at deepened understandings Our intention will be to uncover and address the most important healing theme of this lifetime.
This is a journey, there are layers of conditioning to be progressively moved through and seen at the right time. Less and less is meditation a willy-nilly observation of a scattered mind or sitting with whatever random trigger has popped up More and more we want to cultivate specificity in meditation, focus, and the spiritual fire to learn what our soul is here to teach us Our soul’s healing themes cluster around early childhood experiences. And for some of us, these themes are seen over many lifetimes.
As we gain greater traction on healing this profoundly important area, we may also begin to see a purpose emerging on the other side of our pain, that has been lying dormant At this level, psychological healing, becomes indistinguishable from spiritual transformation
