Learn Reiki 1 in this two-week, interactive workshop! Students who want to continue with Reiki level 2 will have the opportunity to continue to the next level the following week, beginning October 3rd. Reiki is a lifelong tool that will help you heal and grow into your true self. This workshop will focus on the foundations of Reiki, technique, philosophy, and will include discussion, meditation, and hands-on practice. Each student will be equipped to use Reiki in their personal life, and as a practice.
Students will learn the traditional Usui methods of practicing Reiki and will be equipped with the tools to use it on the self and others. By the end of the training, each student will understand how Reiki can be used in everyday life, how to cleanse and protect your energy, and how Reiki can be used as a spiritual practice.

Sunday Sept 19th, 12-4pm
Sunday Sept 26th, 12-4pm
(For students who wish to continue on to Reiki 2, class
meet Sundays Oct 3rd, 10th & 17th 12-4pm)
