Metaphysical Anatomy Technique (MAT) is a stress and trauma recovery process that gently and quickly allows the mind and body to release emotional and physical blocks to reconnect with your true self. This leads to a lasting transformational sense of peace and purpose. A remarkable benefit to this approach is that it does not require reliving trauma to recover.  As a certified MAT practitioner I guide clients into resolving imprints and facilitate the individual's own innate ability to shift and heal.

This process, developed by Dr. Evette Rose Ph.D., understands that trauma is the ultimate cause of most human problems and that similar emotional triggers, patterns, and complaints are shared between clients with the same disease, regardless of their background and culture. This path offers answers for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of emotional or physical pain, and ailments in their lives.

Generally sessions take about 60-90 minutes.
